Requirements for a Wedding License:
. Waiting period: 24 hours before license application.
. Application takes 2 to 3 days to process.
. $100 licensing fee applies
. Passport and original birth certificate
. Notorized divorce decree if applicable
. Death certificate for widow / widower
. Notorized affidavit of consent from parent(s) of applicant under the age of 21
