- Waiting period: 8 days from receipt of notarized application. Couple need not be on island to apply.
- Call to request a marriage license from the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands in St. Thomas / St. John ( 340 774 6680 ) or St. Croix ( 340 778 9750 )
- You must specify whether the marriage will be performed by a Judge in the Court or by a member of the clergy.
- Divorce decree if applicable.
- Death certificate for widow / widower
- Application can be downloaded at www.usvitourism.vi
- Application fee: U.S. $ 50
- Marriage license fee: U.S. $ 50
- Fee if married by a judge: U.S. $ 200
