Rates shown are for 7 nights and do not include 7% government tax. In addition, the villas of Long Bay Estates require a 10% service charge. In most cases, a five night minimum is required for low season, and seven nights in high season. Most villas are priced according to number of bedrooms required, however no more than two guests are allowed per bedroom, excluding infants. Please note that rates are subject to change.
